Welcome to DaisyDaisyInk. By using this website, purchasing a product, subscribing to a service, or booking an experience, you agree to the following terms.

DaisyDaisyInk operates under DaisyDaisyInk Illustration Studio (Trinidad and Tobago) and DaisyDaisyInk LLC (United States), collectively referred to as “DaisyDaisyInk” throughout this document.

All prices listed on this website are in United States Dollars (USD).

Services

DaisyDaisyInk provides live event illustration, interactive illustration experiences, personalised illustrated products, digital downloads, and subscription-based offerings.

Service availability, pricing, and deliverables will be confirmed at the time of booking or purchase.

Event Bookings

Bookings are confirmed only after the required deposit has been received.

Event details such as location, timing, guest count, and setup requirements must be provided in advance to ensure smooth delivery.

For larger events, DaisyDaisyInk may provide additional artists or team members to maintain efficiency and quality.

DaisyDaisyInk reserves the right to adapt workflows on-site to best accommodate guest flow and event conditions.

Payments

Payment terms will be outlined in your quote, invoice, or checkout page.

Deposits are required to secure event dates. Remaining balances must be paid by the agreed deadline prior to the event unless otherwise arranged.

Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of the booking or withholding of deliverables.

All website prices and transactions are processed in USD.

Custom Artwork

Personalised illustrations are created based on the information and images provided by the client.

While every effort is made to represent subjects accurately, artistic interpretation is part of the process.

Custom artwork orders are non-refundable once work has begun.

Digital Products

Digital products (including but not limited to Memory Lane and downloadable artwork) are delivered electronically.

No physical item will be shipped.

Delivery timelines will be outlined on the product page. Delays may occur if required information is not provided by the customer.

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable.

Subscription Services (The Daisy Society)

By subscribing to Daisy Society, you agree to recurring billing at the selected subscription rate.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled prior to the next billing cycle.

Monthly deliverables (including portraits and digital content) are released within the stated timeframe each month.

It is the subscriber’s responsibility to provide required information (such as photos) in a timely manner. Delays in submission may affect delivery timing but do not pause or extend the billing cycle.

Subscription fees are non-refundable once billed.

Intellectual Property

All artwork created by DaisyDaisyInk remains the intellectual property of DaisyDaisyInk unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Artwork is licensed for personal use only. Commercial use, reproduction, or resale requires written permission.

DaisyDaisyInk reserves the right to photograph, reproduce, and share artwork and event experiences for portfolio, website, and marketing purposes unless otherwise requested in writing.

Travel

DaisyDaisyInk is based in Trinidad and Tobago and is available for destination events worldwide.

Travel and accommodation requirements, where applicable, will be outlined in the booking agreement.

Website Use

All content on this website, including artwork, images, text, branding, and digital assets, is owned by DaisyDaisyInk and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.

Changes to Terms

DaisyDaisyInk reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Event Bookings

Deposits are required to secure event dates and are generally non-refundable.

If an event must be rescheduled, DaisyDaisyInk will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the new date, subject to availability.

In the unlikely event that DaisyDaisyInk must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund of payments received will be issued.

Custom Illustrations

Because personalised artwork is created specifically for each client, orders cannot be cancelled once work has begun.

If a cancellation request is made before production has started, a refund may be issued at the discretion of DaisyDaisyInk.

Digital Products

All digital products, including Memory Lane and downloadable artwork, are non-refundable once purchased.

Subscription Services

Subscription payments are non-refundable once processed.

Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

Shop Purchases (Physical Products)

Physical items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery if they arrive damaged or defective.

Customers must provide photographic evidence so a replacement or resolution can be arranged.
